Why “Third Analytics”?

I studied mathematics in college. After I graduated, I wanted to help small businesses grow by tapping into the fascinating world of data—a realm that small business owners didn’t have the time or resources to pursue. I started Third Analytics as a data consultancy. Hence the “analytics” (and “first” was already taken).

Along the way, I co-founded a tech startup as a software developer, and that was my first taste of branding. You see, starting any business eventually requires a consistent message, look, and feel. At first, I learned branding as a necessity for my businesses, but I ended up falling in love with design and creative work. I realized I wanted to help businesses with branding instead.

While Third Analytics no longer consults on data, the same analytical thinking is behind my creative thinking. I wanted to embrace my background and never forget where I came from.

So the name stayed.
